Cancellation Policy
🌟 Paid Session Policy Please read before scheduling your session. All paid sessions are held in sacred space and energetic integrity. Because each appointment is a mutual commitment of time, presence, and preparation, we ask that you honor the following policies with care: 🕰️ 24-Hour Notice (Cancellation & Rescheduling) You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. This window allows us to open space for others in need and honor the energy already held for your session. 🚫 Late Cancelations / No-Shows Sessions canceled within 24 hours of your appointment may be subject to a 50% fee or forfeited entirely, depending on the circumstance. No-shows without communication are non-refundable and non-transferable. 🔁 Rescheduling You are welcome to reschedule your session with 24 hours’ notice or more. We do not guarantee availability outside of your original booking window. ⚠️ Emergency Situations We understand that unexpected events arise. In case of true emergency, please reach out as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate one-time rescheduling without penalty. 💸 Refund Policy All paid sessions are non-refundable once booked, as energetic preparation and calendar space are held immediately upon scheduling. If you are unable to attend and give notice at least 24 hours in advance, you may request a one-time reschedule at no extra cost.
