🪷 Alchemy in Action | Signal Received
Theme: Anxiety & Overwhelm
Focus: Completing the nervous system’s alert cycle
The Story
Sometimes anxiety isn’t a thought — it’s an alarm that forgot how to shut off.
Our bodies are wired to keep us safe, but when life has asked too much for too long, that alarm can keep ringing even when the fire’s out.

The Practice: “Signal Received”
Acknowledge the Alarm. Whisper softly: “Message received.”
Thank the Body. Place a hand on your chest or gut. Say, “Thank you for keeping me safe.”
Change the Channel. Shake out your hands, roll your shoulders, stomp your feet three times.
Re-sync to Safety. Match your breath to something steady — your dog’s rhythm, a clock tick, your heartbeat.
Close the Circuit. Exhale through the soles of your feet. Whisper again, “Signal received.”
This isn’t about erasing anxiety; it’s about letting your body know you heard it.
Once it feels heard, it can finally rest.
The Reflection
The alarm system inside you isn’t a flaw — it’s proof of how deeply your body wants to keep you alive.
Let this practice be a love letter to that devotion.
When you whisper signal received, what you’re really saying is I’m safe now.
You can stand down.
